Free your creative flow through writing, movement, and art!
Calling self-discovery enthusiasts, sex geeks, and creatives of all kinds (18 and over)!
In this retreat we will have:
- lessons/discussions on sexual energy, erotophobia, desire, and fantasy,
- movement activities that’ll shake away the blocks and stuck places in you,
- a series of stimulating writing prompts,
- time to share and witness each other’s art and expression,
- and more!
THIS RETREAT IS A SPACE to eliminate blocks within yourself and your creativity, feel a range of human emotions, and leave feeling more free and alive within yourself.
During this 3-day retreat, you can expect to experience a dynamic variety of activities designed to free up your creative flow.
A plethora of carefully curated writing prompts will be dispersed throughout the weekend to get your creative juices flowing.
Movement activities will be accessible to all bodies and abilities. No prior movement experience necessary.
We will be exploring visual art on top of two painting activities. All supplies provided. Bring your own if you’d like. Also, no experience necessary.
There will be short lectures and discussions that you can participate in at your own level. There will also be ample time to connect with others or to silently work on your creative projects.
Arrival time is between 12-2pm on Friday. We will begin at 3pm Friday evening. The retreat will end at 6pm on Sunday evening. You may leave Sunday night or stay an extra night and leave Monday at no additional charge.
– A notebook for journaling.
– Comfortable clothes that you can move in as well as clothes that can get paint on them.
– A water bottle.
– Art materials of your own if you have a specific medium you’d like to work with. Otherwise, supplies will be provided for you.
– Food for yourself for the weekend. There’s a full kitchen available to you. There are also restaurants close by.
– Cushions, yoga mats, or any other comfort items you’d like for floor sitting and movement. There will be chairs for everyone as well.
– An open and curious mindset.
Accommodations vary depending on location.
In Helper, Utah, where events are often held, we will be staying at an old, renovated brothel. All rooms are private as well as warm, clean, and comfortable. Some rooms have private bathrooms and most have shared bathrooms. There is a full kitchen for you to use with all of the modern necessities you’d expect. The price of accommodations are included in the price of the retreat. There may be a small extra fee to have a private bathroom.

Emailing Melissa is a required step in the registration process. From there, we will set up a short phone interview. This is for us both to ask any questions that we have and to see if it’s a fit for you to participate.
Once that is complete, payment can be made via PayPal or Venmo.

The March 7-9, 2025 retreat is $525 per person or $850 per couple (Early bird special until February 15th.) This price includes accommodations for the weekend. Also, anyone can be a couple, you just need to share a bed.
